6.3 Shipping Disclaimer: At Jaipur & Co., we take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to reduce the chance of damage in transit.

However, once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Jaipur & Co. cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

In Case of Shipping Damage:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging, including the outer box and internal wrapping
An unboxing video, if available (this helps in claim processing)

8. Return/Refund Policy

8.1 Once purchased, items may not be exchanged or refunded. Orders may not be cancelled once processed. A cash on delivery order refused on delivery, will result in a permanent ban from the portal.

8.2 Jaipur & Co. will be happy to repair any item damaged in transit or exchange any item which has been wrongly shipped. In either case you must notify Jaipur & Co. customer service via email at sales@jaipurandco.com within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged or incorrect shipment with a description of the issue and photographic evidence for further processing.

8.3 Jaipur & Co. also offers free repairs if your items are damaged during regular use provided that the client is willing to pay for shipping costs to and from the service centre.
