Message from Creative Director: Mariam Sheikh

I have always believed that jewellery should be more than something reserved for special occasions — it should become a part of the woman who wears it.

It should move with her, reflect her individuality, and carry meaning beyond its material value.

When I founded Jaipur and Co in 2015, my vision was to create pieces that honoured the timeless beauty of traditional jewellery while reimagining it for the modern world. As gold and silver became increasingly inaccessible, I saw an opportunity to offer an alternative that preserved the elegance, craftsmanship, and sense of luxury associated with fine jewellery, while making it more versatile, wearable, and attainable.

My journey has been shaped by both practical experience and formal education. Working closely with artisans, gemstones, and design development over the years has given me a deep respect for craftsmanship, while my academic background in Business Management and Fashion Merchandising has helped me build Jaipur and Co with purpose and direction.

Every collection I create is inspired by the women of today — confident, dynamic, and expressive. I design with versatility in mind, so each piece can be styled in multiple ways and worn across different moments of life, rather than existing as a single traditional investment piece.
